At Directhome, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that circumstances can change, so we offer a clear and straightforward cancellation process.

Cancellation Period

• Within 14 Days: You have the right to cancel your service plan within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. You will be refunded for any payments made, with no questions asked.
• After 14 Days (Up to 28 Days): If you cancel after the initial 14-day period but within 28 days of purchase, you might be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion. This will depend on whether any repairs or services have already been provided under your plan.
• Beyond 28 Days: Please note that cancellations and refunds are not available after 28 days from the date of purchase.

How to Cancel

To cancel your service plan, please contact our customer support team. We will process your request promptly and, if eligible, issue your refund. You will receive a confirmation once the cancellation and refund are complete.

All refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. For security reasons, refunds cannot be issued to alternative accounts or cards.

Plan Exclusions

To maintain fairness and service quality, the following are excluded from coverage:

• Pre-existing Faults: Faults or damage present before your plan started.
• Misuse or Neglect: Damage caused by improper use, neglect, accidents, or unauthorised repairs.
• Non-standard Repairs: Repairs outside of the appliance's normal operation.
• Illegal or Fraudulent Use: Any fraudulent or illegal use of our services.
• Manufacturer’s Guidelines: Appliances not maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
