Terms and Conditions for Refunds
You have the right to cancel your service plan within 14 days of placing your order. If you contact us within this period, we will provide a full refund, no questions asked.
If you cancel after 14 days but within 28 days of purchase, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion, depending on whether any services have been provided. Please note that refunds are not available after 28 days.

Payment & Refund Processing
We accept payments via phone, our website, cheque, BACS, or Direct Debit. Your 14-day right to cancel applies regardless of the payment method.
All refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. For security reasons, refunds cannot be made to alternative accounts or cards.
After you purchase a plan, our team will contact you to confirm activation and advise you when your payment will be processed. If a payment fails, we will reach out to confirm if you wish to proceed. If we do not receive a response, your plan will be cancelled. Payments must be made by individuals authorised to transact on their own behalf.

Dispute Resolution
If you have any issues with your payment or service, please contact us first before raising a chargeback with your bank. We aim to resolve concerns fairly and quickly. Raising a chargeback without prior contact may delay the resolution and affect your refund eligibility.
