Service Activation & Start Date
Your protection starts as soon as your payment has been successfully processed. You will receive a confirmation email shortly afterwards, and no further action is required from you as activation is automatic. Your plan is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and will expire at 23:59 on the final day, unless you choose to renew it.
How to Request a Repair
To request a repair for a covered appliance, simply contact us. Our team will arrange your appointment, usually within 24 to 48 hours.

We provide services across all mainland UK postcodes. Please note that response times may be longer for remote locations, but we aim to schedule engineer visits within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
